The Methi City of Hope Church in Kenya open its doors on May 26, 2019 with a membership of 70 members and to date the church has grown significantly to 125 strong membership including children. The Ministry is under the leadership of National Overseer, Rev. Ignitius Waithira and his lovely wife. As of October 18, 2020, LOWCF Methi has launched its nursery and preparatory school called Light of the World Academy.
